Shipping policy

We have two locations, one in Ontario, Canada and one in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Please be sure to see the product listing to see where this product is being shipped from.

We usually have orders prepared within 1-3 days.

Once your order has been prepared for shipping, transit times can vary from 1-20 days depending on where you live.  For a more detailed transit time, please email us at relax@soundjourneynepal.com

Shipping from Canada to the U.S.A

We usually ship with UPS Expedited. The shipping company will contact you when the shipment is in your area. You will then be asked to pay the duties and taxes. If you wish a different carrier, please let us know.

You are responsible for any import duties tariffs and taxes when importing items into your country. We cannot tell you what they may be as they change from state to state. You will be notified by the shipping company if there are any fees to be paid before they release the shipment to you. These fees are IN ADDITION TO the shipping fee we charge you to transport the items to your home. When you place your order online, we will calculate the shipping fees and send you a separate invoice. 

Shipping outside of North America

 If you are outside of North America, please give contact us and we can give you a customized quote.

We insure the musical instruments during shipping for US and Canadian Deliveries.

If your musical instrument arrives damaged, call us immediately and we will make arrangements to send you a free replacement.
