General Shipping Information

How long until you ship my product?

We strive to package your order as quickly as we receive it. Please be patient, as we are a small team and we take extra steps to make sure you get the best service and products possible.

Order processing can take anywhere from 2-5 business days.

After your order is processed:

Shipping times vary, depending on your location.

ALL orders, regardless of destination, are usually shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for some shipping times.

Please note once a shipping label is created and your package picked up you will receive an email with all your tracking info. If you don't receive an update, please contact us and we will get you one.

Are products insured during shipping?

For Canada and USA orders, we guarantee your order will arrive in one piece.

If your musical instrument arrives damaged, call us immediately and we will make arrangements to send you a free replacement.

For orders outside of Canada and the USA, we cannot guarantee it arrives safely. It is rare that a product breaks in delivery, but due to the high shipping costs, we can no longer replace product that is broken because of mishandling during shipping.

What about Porch Pirates?

We cannot offer any protection against Porch Pirates. If you live in a neighbourhood where boxes are stolen, you can pay an extra fee to require a signature upon delivery. Just leave us a note in your order and we will send you a notice about the extra fee.

Are there duties and taxes on my delivery?

Most often yes.

It depends on which country you live in.

You are responsible for any import duties tariffs and taxes when importing items into your country. See the tabs below for shipping to the USA.

HOW IS PAYMENT MADE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
You will either get a call or email from those companies or the delivery person will ask for payment before they will release your package. You are responsible for these fees.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND WHEN THE DELIVERY COMPANY TELLS ME THE RATE FOR THE DUTIES AND TAXES?

If you refuse delivery of your order because the import fees are higher than you expected, the item will be shipped back to us in Canada. We will refund you your purchase, minus the original shipping fees and minus any expenses incurred to have it shipped back to us,

Shipping From Canadian Store

Can I visit the store in Canada or Nepal?

We are open by appointment only. Our reasoning is that when you are listening to the sounds of an instrument, you don't want other customers making sounds on other instruments.


By booking an appointment you get the full experience, we can give you 100% of our attention to help you find the perfect instruments.

Can I pick up my order in person in Canada?

Of course you can!

Please call the Canadian location to book an appointment to pick up your order. We are located in Beamsville, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping From Nepal

How Do You Ship To the USA?

We ship with UPS Expedited and USPS Post.  The shipping companies will contact you when the shipment is in your area. You will then be asked to pay the duties and taxes. If you wish a different carrier, please let us know.

International Shipping

How do you ship international orders?

We will send you a quote for both tracked postal service and UPS for international orders. You will receive a tracking number when the order goes out. We pack your order really well but cannot guarantee it arrives safely. It is rare that a product breaks in delivery, but due to the high shipping costs, we can no longer replace product that is broken because of mishandling during shipping. Sorry.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I don't like my instrument when it arrives?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to work with you to find the perfect item. 

If for some reason you are not happy, please call us within 30 days.

If, within the 30 days, you want to exchange an item we will give you full credit towards other products. However, If you wish to do a full return, there is a 15% restocking fee. The item must be returned in the same condition you purchased it.

Shipping is at your expense. It must arrive to us in the same condition as when it was shipped out. Once we have received your returned item, and have inspected it, we will issue a a refund minus the restocking fee and any costs that we incurred to ship the instrument to you.
