General Shipping Information

Where do you ship to and what is my shipping rate?

We ship all over the world. When you place your we will reach out to you with your shipping rate.

How long until you ship my product?

Shipping times depend on the size of your order and where it is being shipped from. We strive to package your order as quickly as we receive it.

Most orders take 3-10 business days for processing. If we need more time to prepare you order, we will reach out to you right away.

Are products insured during shipping?

When we calculate your shipping fees, you have the option to pay extra for insurance. We will reach out to you with a quote.

Are there duties and taxes on my delivery?

IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA AND ORDER FROM THE CANADIAN INVENTORY: We have already paid the import fees. You will pay only your provincial taxes.

IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA AND ORDER FROM THE NEPAL INVENTORY: The bowls will be shipped to you, directly from Nepal. The shipping carrier will require you to pay the duties and taxes.

IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF CANADA OR NEPAL AND ORDER FROM EITHER INVENTORY: You are responsible for any import duties, tariffs and taxes when importing items into your country.

HOW IS PAYMENT MADE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
You will either get a call or email from the shipping company asking for payment before they will release your package. You are responsible for these fees.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND WHEN THE DELIVERY COMPANY TELLS ME THE RATE FOR THE DUTIES AND TAXES?

If you refuse delivery of your order because the import fees are higher than you expected and your shipment is returned to us, it will be treated as a general return. See below for details of our return policy.

Can I visit the store, or pick up my order in person?

Yes you can. However, we are open by appointment only.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?

We will accept returns, however if you are keeping part of the order, you must keep the minimum number of bowls as required by your contract.

Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery.

All goods must arrive to us in the same condition as when it was shipped out.

  • Shipping is at your expense.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for any import fees that we may incur due to your return.

Once we have received your returned item, and have inspected it, we will issue a a refund minus the restocking fee and any costs incurred associated with the return.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND WHEN THE DELIVERY COMPANY TELLS ME THE RATE FOR THE DUTIES AND TAXES?

If you refuse delivery of your order will be treated as a return.
